@jimycrawford. I do not have immigration problems,neither am a criminal, I am a good citizen and I will always be a good citizen. My application just have to stay this long. I don't know why! But now I was told that it's with the minister.....I also get an email that it's in advance stage of process...
@ sight07.... What do you think on this stage, they emailed me back that my application is in advance stage of prrocessing.
A lady told me on phone that is with the minister.
@ kunsky..... What is the assurance of approval at this stage? Do u think am getting it. lnnis wrote to my solicitor in January that they don't need anymore document. I was told last week that it has been submitted to the Minister. Pls share your experience. Thanks.
@ koffiasenji, from my experience previous experience, I think u should get it at this stage, your file could be submitted now till end of the month. But, make sure u stay out of trouble happy days ahead. smiling.....
@koffiasenji. Base on my findings, if yr file is with the minister yr approval is assured. Bicos if they won't approve yr application, they don't waist time, the officers dealing with yr file would have send out a final decision to u. Good luck to us
@koffiasenji. I think the approval will continues till the end of June even if some people can't make it in July ceremony. We hope for our good news soon. By GOD Grace.

@michbad88. Your application story is very sad, however, what I would advise you, go and see a solicitor who will take up the case on yr behalf. Do not take my word for granted, I have advised so many people and it worked for them. Do not hesitate to do this. U will remember me at the end. Good luck.
@csddrajko. It means yr gardai vetting is not yet back to them. They r still looking into yr details in the country it there is any criminal offence both the past & present. If they couldn't find any crime yr file will be submitted to the Minister for decision. I hope this helps yr question. Goo...
@koffiasenji. I asked the lady that my application is now a year, so she checked it and told me that my file has been submitted to the Minister, that I Wil hear from them in short time.
Hopefully yours will go soon. When last did u get yr second stage letter & when did you apply?
@ koffiasengi. I was told the same thing that they are currently looking into it in March after I have already been told that they don't need anything anymore.

@ koffiasenji. Am in the same boat like you. My file has been prepared to go to the minister since 3months, I hope we get it soon. I applied in June 2014.
