When did you receive the removal notice?

Also I believe there should be a "statement of addition grounds" letter with it.

We only returned because of birth of child.

No mention of article 7 in hearing or refusal. Refusal says i did not give evidence i made any friends. Even though i stated i did and was never asked for evidence. I did not play any sports. They are now considering income of family for all article 8 applications

Does this mean people applying flr fp 10 year route with British child will also need to show they meet MIR or otherwise through third party support?

Because exception 1 allowed exemption to MIR before?
