i have read this post and the reason i wrote is because the point was that an email from UKBA stated that it was ok to use the PBS printout. All I am asking for is the email address of where I need to ask exactly the same question so I can hopefully get the same answer. I dont want to put more money...

Returning to UK on Spouse VISA requirements

Hello,

My wife has a spouse visa that expires 5th December.

Is there any requirement that she has to be back in the country X days before it expires?

Could she return say on 1st December?

Hi, thanks for you reply. Yes taking the exam may be option but really want to avoid additional costs especially when we feel its not necessary. As for NARIC accreditation, we dont have time really i think. We booked tickets to india for 23rd Oct 2014. We planned to book an interview for the ILR on ...
