Re: HMRC fine and its affect on naturalisation

@noajthan & others,

I would appreciate if you can tell me whether the civil penalty from HMRC would affect my naturalization application? The thread you mentioned is about ILR and it doesn't reached to one conclusion.

Many thanks

HMRC fine and its affect on naturalisation

Hi

I had to pay fine to HMRC in 2016 for late payment of tax and also for not declaring some amount in the right tax year.

Is it considered as non-custodial offence? If yes, will this affect my naturalisation due in 2017?

Looking forward to the reply

Regards

Now since my ILR application has been accepted we would like to withdraw flr-fp applications and submit ILR applications on SET(0) forms. Should we write a covering letter alon...

Re: FLR(fp) - IHS charges

@Casa Just to give you the background we don't want to stay in UK based on the visa we get from flr-fp application. My ILR application was rejected which is presently at the reconsideration stage. To keep my family members legally in UK, I submitted their flr-fp application as they didn't apply with...

FLR(fp) - IHS charges

Hello, I have been asked by UKVI to pay IHS fee by certain date. However, due to financial difficulties it seems I am unable to make the payment by that date. If I miss the date will I get another reminder from UKVI or will they simply return the application because of non payment of IHS charges? Lo...

Qualifying 5 years period for ILR

Hi All, I switched from post study to tier1 general. My PSW visa expired on 19/01/11 . I submitted the application for Tier1 on 15/01/11. I was granted Tier1 on 23-03-2011. Should I count my qualifying period for ILR when I submitted my application for Tier1 (15/01/11) or when I was granted Tier1 vi...
