Re: EU1 Application still waiting for full res card...

You have to keep sending payslip monthly until the last month. It's up to you to keep them informed about ur situation.
If u don't send anything they will assume u are no longer working

Re: URGENT(Moving to Ireland - Non-EU Parent) - Entry Concer

If ur Montserrat doesn't need visa to enter Dublin then it doesn't matter how u come in. U can fly or drive if u want. You don't need to say anything to the immigration at the airport if u also don't want to. It's all up to u. As long as you r exercising ur EU rights n can prove dependency ur ma wil...

Re: EU1 Application still waiting for full res card...

Join the queue Robster, it does take the full 6 months. My husband decision date is the 2nd set, am sure ur wife's decision date was also written in the letter you got from INIS.
This is a serious waiting game so u just have to be patient like the rest of us.

Re: temp stamp 4..15 days to submit additional docs proof of

Hi Robster, Congrats on crossing the first huddle, the letter is standard they send it to everyone. Just tell the person you live with to write a letter stating that you live with her and she can give you a proof of her addy so a bill or bank statement is fine. We also live with my cousin and I incl...

Hi, Hhhhmmm that might be an issue, because you are supposed to go to the gnib office to register. Am not sure but this people pick the smallest things and use them as excuses. Re: Plz need your help "EEA Family Permit"

Hi,
You need to be working to qualify, doesn't matter if it's part time work. That's the easiest way to prove you are exercising your treaty. Don't think a one off two day gig will suffice.

Re: EU1 form submitted Email EU Treaty Rights?

Hi Robster, No need emailing them, your application is barely a week old. It takes about 4-6 weeks to hear back. Don't worry about your wife's visa expiring. I sent my husbands application with a week left on his visa so no worries about that. If you have anymore documents, send it via registered po...

Re: Move to Ireland from Uk with wife

Hi,
If ur wife is french y was ur application refused by the UK. Was she not exercising her treaty rights by working in UK or studying.

If you move to Ireland, it's the same process ur spouse must be exercising her treaty rights by working, studying or prove that she's self sufficient.

Re: ireland Tax Cert

Hi Robster,
Old p60 from the UK is irrelevant to ur ey1 app.
I filled my form 12a and dropped it in the box by the security in the tax office on o'connell street. I also didn't know where to post it so better safe than sorry. It's pretty fast once submitted my cert came in 5 working days.

Re: Move to Ireland from Uk with wife

Hi, Am guessing your spouse is british, UK refusal should not affect your application to come to Ireland, and if they refuse, travel to Northern ireland n get on the train to Dublin. As long u r travelling with your spouse you will be ok. If you are lucky Enuff to get on a direct flight from London ...

Re: Posting EU1 form ? Help thanks

Hi Robster, You are overthinking a lot of this stuff, You are better off sending your form n docs by recorded delivery costs bout 10 euro but you can track it online and know exactly when it's delivered. That way you have the peace of mind that your documents are safe If you have started working in ...
