Re: EEA2 marriage interview, Help please

hi, don't worry too much, my aunt had her interview today, they can't detain you after the interview. they will obviously ask you a lot of silly questions to try and ruffle ur feathers, just make sure your answers tally with your wifes. make sure you remember key dates such as when u first met, when...

Re: Bank statements EEA2 - Surinder singh employed person

As long as you have a bank account showing ur irish address that should be fine. your payslip will be proof that you were getting paid. when u fill in the eea2, there is space for additional info. you can give an explaination as to why theres no evidence of salary going into ur account. be honest an...

Re: Bank statements EEA2 - Surinder singh employed person

hi alpha, I completely understand where you are coming from but it is a bit unrealistic to say you lived in a country for 9 months without using a bank. how else will proof centre of life was moved. I agree that you could have been paid by cheque, but again that raises a lot of question because majo...

Re: Bank statements EEA2 - Surinder singh employed person

Alpha you are better of providing bank statement, it helps with centre of life cos u had a job in the eu country u moved to, the chances are your salary was paid into the acount. When u go thru the explanatory note of the form it states examples of document required. So u do need the ur bank stateme...

Re: EEA2 Surinder Singh

I don't think just 3 months worth of work will be sufficient, the U.K. Govt is getting really strict now.

I had to live in Dublin for a year to give my husbands application a better chance.
Y not wait abit longer in Ireland just to give ur self a better chance at suceeding when you come by home.

Re: Hi I apply 11 nov 15 still waiting biometric letter

hi Sandy, as zubby correctly said, biometric letter doesnt confer right to work, you have to wait to receiev ur COA and then u will be able work as long as it permits cos have heard of cases where people have been issued with COA WITHOUT WORK. cant really understand that. but as soon as my husband r...

Re: certified copy of eu passport

hey, just take it to a law firm and tell them you want to certify ur document. they will make a copy, a solicitor will stamp and sign the document to prove that they saw the original. prices vary depending on law firm but it cost btw £5 to £10 pounds max. you will send the certified copy to the home...

Re: UK BILLING PROOF COMPULSORY FOR THE EEA2?

hi, since you are using ss route, u don't need proof of address for UK, you obviously need to fill in an address where correspondence can be sent. if you got the family permit before moving back, that makes it even better, send them the same doc u used for the family permit such as proof of British ...

Re: allowed to work with EEA Family Permit?

Am not being funny but good luck with getting NI on family permit. No employer is going to risk getting 10k fine for employing a person without validating their documents. The conservatives have made things so hard. A lot of big employers don't even accept COA, they are too lazy to check with HO so ...

Re: allowed to work with EEA Family Permit?

She has the same right as you but proving those rights will be difficult. No one will employ her without a valid work visa. My husband has the family permit too but he can't work. Family permit doesn't confer a right to work. You have to wait for the COA then she can work. You should recieve that sh...

They contacted my employer and issued my husbands letter on the same day. Don't worry
