Don't make the payment just change the form and write a letter plus evidence to show that you paid.

Frl O is for people who were given discretionary leave after refusal of asylum.Did you get yr papers after they refused yr application ?So feel in the new form and you will get your papers soon because the flrO application takes 12mths and above to hey a decision while Frl application pple get reply...

African girl did you do the life in UK test or English test I think you should do them since you have lived in UK for 12yrs you might be given indefinite since you have been delayed and submit them as a further submission may be it will wake them up.How about that?

So regarding work am thinking o shd write to them asking permission to work including the job offer letter because I cant wait 2015 October without job
Because the employers need something to show that am aloud to work

Has any of you guys got any feedback from HO because lots of pole have been granted who applied this year its only afew of us that are waiting.i wonder how long its going to be.I called today and same story application is pending!!!!!gosh cant wait any longer.

No he is allowed to work .the employer can go and fill in the employers check service form.its found on internet on the ho website.the ho will reply them.

I've seen pple on this forum who have been granted last month and it took them like 3 to Mths waiting.well I donot but its like cases with Article 8 claim have been delayed due to the article being reviewed I think.what do you think members?That's were my case falls.

Supadupa don't worry lets wait while we pray to God or seek advice from a lawyer with immigration experience I guess they delt with such cases before

Ho is so weird how can they take 2yrs yet you even call them.may be you should make a fresh application what do you think?put new supporting documents.Did they return yr supporting documents when you applied?
