removed while appeal is pending?

I am asking this question for my friend

She has put in a appeal and is waiting for hhearing date.
Every month she reports and is wondering if she will be removed coz of new law even though she has appeal pending.

Can they remove her despite waitingfor appeal?

What can she do to prevent this?

Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

My solicitor told me yesterday that our appeal was allowed.

I am so thankful to GOD!!!

Now just hoping that the home office don't appeal the decision.

How long do they have to appeal the decision?

Hi

I wanted to know when the best time is to sent the bundle because in the letter it says 3 weeks before the hearing.
Is it ok to send 3 weeks before or should we do it before that?
