@ faraznasirali: hi sorry I wasn't able to reply to you, but I see you already booked for fast track.

@ jnikki4: hi I just waited for the certificate. It took 17 weeks from submission of requirements to delivery of certificate.

british citizenship for daughter of EEA national without wrs

HI,

My daughter was born in the UK in 2013. I was here since 2004 but did not register for WRS as I am from an A8 country, but then became self-employed in 2009. Does this mean, my daughter is not automatically British? I was just wondering if there is a way around this. Thanks

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding SET(LR))

Hi, Most of the posts are for SET(M) and Tier 1. Could someone applying with tier 2 post as well please? Thanks! I just freaked out yesterday because I received my passport and BRP yesterday, I thought my application for ILR has been refused, so they sent me back these two. My timeline for my ILR ap...

Tier 2 to residence card.

Hi. I have a tier 2 general visa valid until 2016. In 2013, I applied for residence card as family member of Eea national. Does this mean I cannot apply for ILR using tier 2? Does applying for residence card invalidate my tier 2? I am still with the same employer as when I first arrived in the UK 5 ...

Re: permanent residence as family member of eea national

Thank you for the reply. I read from the government website that I have to be in the UK for 5 years to qualify, but I just wasn't sure if the 5 years would mean exercising treaty rights as family member of my EEA national husband or just 5 years living in the UK by itself. I might go for the ILR nex...

permanent residence as family member of eea national

Hi! I came to the UK Feb 2010 under Tier 2 general visa which got renewed in Feb 2013 and is valid until 2016. I got married to an EEA national in April 2013 and got a resident card so I didn't bother changing my BRP to my married name. My husband has been in the UK since 2004 and 2015 will be my 5t...
