You need to fill in parents details. You DO NOT need to fill in grandparent details. This is the same information and advice we give to all members who ask this question. Same was advised in this forum as well. You previously asked about grandparent details per the link below and NOT about parents....

He wants to marry either a British Citizen or European National for switching to the spouse visa. At 1.46: You should tick only at employment as currently you are only working as employee. But in the history you should mentioned that you have been working as Self employed as well.
