Hi From_india,
You need to show the place where you will stay in UK. This is compulsory. You can make a temporary booking in some hotel and cancel the same later. Search this forum for hotel bookings. You will get lot of information.

Hi Marvel,
Yes. Either you can show hotel booking (or) if any of your friends are in the UK, they can give a letter that you can stay with them.
You can book a hotel and later cancel the booking also. Search this forum on hotel booking. There are many useful threads.

Thanks for your reply. One more clarification:
Do we need to put all the documents in a Folder (like when we sent for HSMP) and give to VFS (or) we need to give the docs only to VFS and they will arrange accordingly?

Hi John (Moderator) / Uchmando / People booked rooms for EC..Kindly advice

Can i book room in 'Travelodge' under 'Flexible Rooms' and give the same as proof with EC Application? For Flexible Rooms we don't make the Payment during booking. Is payment receipt to be shown during EC?

One more clarification:
Do we need to give all the documents for EC in a folder (like when we sent the documents for HSMP) (or) we need to give only the documents and VFS will take care of them.
