I have completed 10 -years but my last visa i.e tier1 extension, i got through appeal as HO refused my VISa.

mine took almost one n half month n HO gt permission to appeal in UT.

There won't be any more appeal right if there is any problem with the ILR. That was I found out when I was in the situation like yours. I got ILR now. I was silence user for this website.
