Hi Obie thanks for your response. She is a Filipino and has ILR. Her daughter is born in the Philippines. We were trying to find in this forum documents that she needed to prove that she has sole responsibility for her daughter. Have you got ideas? Thank you.

As far as i am aware the one who holds the ILr can claim for child benefit which was what i did

One more question. Now that i am on ILR and have claimed child benefit, do we have to answer that as well on the form? Will that reflect on him as a recourse to public funds or it is just under mine?Do i also include my BRP to his application? Thanks in advance
