hi there good people Im Serbian married to a german woman who works in UK. Since Im NON EEA national and she is EEA national. I applied first for FAMILY PERMIT. Which is valid 6 months. Im in UK now, 2 months already, also got a job! I live in a flat in uk with my german wife, we pay bills together....

1.Why the REFERENCE number in HM REVENUE letter is different from my original NINO paper receivd 2 days earlier before hm revenue tax reference....? NINO original has 9 mixed numbers n letter while NINO on hm revenu letter is 8 mixed numbers n letters. Without seeing them - it's impossible to say. ...

Hard to say exactly how long it will take to get the COA but it's meant to be quite quick. Some people get it in a few weeks.
