visa is still valid but overstay was for the 6 months condition. she did not have access to public funds as i paid for NHS service.

My wife and daughter were visiting on a 2-year multi-entry visa and on arrival she had my second baby. At this point, i decided they should not be in a hurry to return; and that was when sent in my application, and thought that it would come through soon. HSMP - Dependants Application

I applied for the HSMP work permit from Nigeria and was issued it. Before I actually was issued the permit, my wife and two kids were already in the UK on a visit.
