Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible? I thought I could only apply for the extension only once there are 28 days left in the expiry of existing visa.

5 Year short fall for ILR

Hi, I seem to be in a fix here and I am hoping that someone can help me out here. My Tier 1 (General) visa started on 15-Jan-2011 but I arrived in UK on 14-May-2011 (after about 4 months) I applied for my extension and new visa now expires on 7-Feb-2016 which means that I will be 3 months and 7 days...
