I just spoke to Inis now and was advised that my file is still being prepared to be submitted to the minister.Its almost a month now in d sane position,I asked if my reports were received which she said yes and I asked if everything was gud and she said it looks good ,does that mean I stand a chance...

So that means we can't meet up with the July ceremony will there be any ceremony after July and when is likely to be and when do you think the next batch of approvals will be.so we have to wait till after July before we start getting approvals.i thought they keep sending approvals until 2 weeks befo...

@singh07 so that means there is no more approval.if the next ceremony is in July when will the next one after July be.

I have been told by inis that my file is being prepared to be submitted to the minister since the 13th April 2015 and called today still the same message.does it normally take this long to submit to the minister

Pls fellow members.if you receive this email from inis how long does it take before you get approval.
Yes, your application is being prepared for submission to the Minister, it
has not yet been submitted. You will be informed of the Ministers decision
as expeditiously as possible.

Pls can anyone advise how Inis often send out approval letters. Do they stop sending approval letters 2 weeks before citizenship ceremony or they start sending out approval 2 weeks after ceremony.

@Irishlove, were you taken to the court for that offence by garda and were you fined or someone just reported you to garda and a conviction was put straight in your name.

@obie the first kid was over 5 years old. She has stayed 2 years on the uk now.but Irish citizens are treated as settled upon arrival in the uk.please advise if a flr fp application will be successful

@sheraz are you sure 5 years employment history from hmrc will be accepted in lieu of 5 years p60 by the homeoffice.please advise

experience needed

i am trying to seek help for a friend who is about to apply for naturalisation based on 5 years residency in the state. He doesnt understand how the 6 weeks absence work, is it 6 weeks in a year absence for each year of the 5 years or just 6 weeks for the 5 years residency period. Please advise

The mother was married b4 to a ghanian who has an irish passport and got her stamp 4 .they had 2 kids together but things didnt work out again and they still see when he brings the kids over for the weekend.so in all my partner has 3 kids. 2 from former spouse and one with me but we are not married ...
