what is a convicting court code ? if convicted through a court (either with a physical presence or an absence) I think the "Date of Conviction" column in the "Edorsements" section of the counterpart driving licence will contain the date on which the conviction would have happened...

I fall short of 1 month and 5 days to qualify for the ILR. 1st extension was for 3 years and expiring in Feb 04 2016 but would complete 5 years in UK on Tier 1 on the March 09 2016, even if I am allowed to apply 1 month before - I will still run short of 5 days. 1.
