Hi All,

Any recent correspondence/calls/emails with inis when will be ceremony in Dublin. When approvals will be sent if ceremony was in January. How about applications which are on advanced stages for past two to three months when they should get their approvals. Any update will be appreciated!

Re: 2014 Citizenship Approvals

so in order to hold a ceremony in late Jan 2015 inis will have to send all approvals by mid to second last week of january as nothing will happen in last two weeks of december 2014.

is it a fair assessment - also it means that one can't plan antthing for xmas time off.

Re: Parents - Dependent Visa from Pakistan

net salary threshold is in place for one year i.e if you like to call one parent your net salary should be 60k for one year and if you like both parents then it should be 75k for one financial year and not for 3 years. numbers should make sense 75k for 3 years means 25k each year which is not the case

Re: Parents - Dependent Visa from Pakistan

Then go ahead and make the application you have to prove the finances first which you are ok with and age is also fine as over 60 is ok for asking for old age support they require from you. If you can afford engage a lawyer who could help you in the process.

Re: Parents - Dependent Visa from Pakistan

It is tested on the basis of your finances.

so if you want to call both of your parents your net income should be 75k for at least for the previous 3 years and then other basic immigration criteria will apply.
