Finally got the ref. number after calling them Here's my timeline from US Application Send 7th Aug via DHL Package received on 9th Aug CC charged on 10th Aug Got the ref. number (a 6 digit number) by calling +44-1142074074 Keeping my fingers crossed now. the immigration officer told me that the case...

Don't know which country you are from but if you can get VOIP phone with UK number people will atleast call you even if you have a non-UK address on your CV/Resume
