How did you get interview invitations when you're still in US? Did the UK companies actually called you from there and did the phone interview? Yes, Also it is a good idea to get Vonage or any VOIP phone and a UK virtual number. Vonage only costs $5/month for a UK virtual number. Though I have US a...

I am in the same situation, but my 2005 W2 shows an income little more than the past 12 Months income so I don't think income mis-match will be an issue  Other than the W2, I am providing 12 month's paystubs printed on company's letter head as my company only provides electronic paystubs and a...

Presenting the Application in a binder with Zip

Ok I think I may sound little paranoid :D. Is it ok to submit the papers in binder with zip or they don't allow anything in a closed container? The reason I am asking is because, I am in US and whenever I visit US embassy in India they don't allow any documents in a binder with Zip, but you can take...

lanwarrior, I am also applying from US and in exactly same situation with Paystubs, my company sends W2 by mail, so I have the paper copy of it, but paystubs are only available on the intranet. I am thinking of asking the HR to stamp it or something, not sure if it will be possible for not. Can you ...

Should I Send H1B Papers with HSMP Application?

I am currently on an H1B visa in USA and applying for HSMP. I am wondering if any one in similar situation had sent their H1B (I-797) papers with the HSMP application, It could be a good way to prove that you are currently employed in a graduate level job.

Thanks

Thanks for the response, I definitely qualify for HSMP (based of the points I am scoring), also talked to couple of lawyers and they are eager to take on my case. Probably I will file without wasting money on a lawyer.

Looking forward for lot of helpful tips from the forum :)
