Yes they know me more than 3 years and are not my relatives .

Also they did not have any convictions.

1 is Indian British and the 2nd is Pakistani British.

Is that ok ?
They sound perfectly acceptable as they seem to meet the criteria.

This is not a general discussion topic. This low value and meaningless topic is about ' 10 months wait time ' not IHS and it will close soon; there is nothing to be learned from it and people insist on chit chatting about other random matters such as IHS. You have your own topic where you have alrea...

Get CSI for all family members and sponsor/spouse will fall into selfsufficient qualified person category and can sponsor you on EU route.
At least for as long as UK is in EU.
Don't spend more than 6 months per 12 months out of UK.

Re: Directive 2004/38/EC - Article 7

Thanks noajthan, but this regulation does not apply to workers who have been employed for four months then resigned from their job. Unless I don't understand what they mean by Worker Status Retention, surely that only applies to unemployed person who has lost their jobs. In my case, I have quit to ...

If your business is structured such that you and only you can do the work, and contracts cannot stand alone and be fulfllled without you, then you may be sailing too close to the wind anyway. Check you are not in reality simply an employee working for a single or few clients. Suggest you run a few s...

Re: AN application, obtaining a residence certificate before

I was only interested in whether proof of address and proof of emplyment is required (in the title of the post I made, which was merged, I specified I already obtained a PR card ... not sure why the posts were merged). I read the AN guide once again: - it doesn't require proof of address (only a li...

Re: removal from the country and return as wife of an EEA

Immigration history will not be removed or deleted.

Once British you can no longer sponsor wife on EU route.

There have been refusals for spouses attempting to switch to UK rules (from inside UK) because they do not have leave to remain (as they were on EU route).

Re: AN application, obtaining a residence certificate before

Posts merged. AN is not a rerun of confirmation of PR. Read the AN guidance. You have to prove: id; settled status/possession of confirmation of PR; residence in UK 5 (/3) years; absences within limits (different rules from EU rules); physically present in UK 5 (/3) years before date of application;...

If you have no valid visa giving you leave then clearly, no, you could not work.
If you did there would be grave consequences.

Its not possible to apply for a passport until you are British.

Naturalise first;
then, if successful, sort out passport.
