Thanks thats understood by the contents of letter as well. But what i am trying to understand is that if there was a delay why they have included this European convention thing as a reason for delay. They could have just said the application will take longer. Does it mean that they might have refuse...

The salary mentioned in my payslips do not come equal to 35000/year as i worked less....Can HO calculate the average based on my 3 months payslips i have...

1). Can she travel on PBS dependent visa whilst me on being ILR.

2). If she carries on her PBS dependent visa till 2016. Will she be eligible to apply ILR under 5 year rule. Although i will be on ILR already.

hi i have applied for indefinite on SET(LR) form. I also applied for SAR before applying for indefinite leave.

Applying indefinite leave while SAR is processing wont cause any harm i hope.

yes the passport is renewed. I have the current valid passport with me. All i want to know is that the time during which my passport was expired from DEC 2013 to MARCH 2014, will there be any issue or i need to send any additional documents. I didnt travel during that time anyway
