Hi Everyone, I already completed my 10 years. I came in Sep 2004. My 10 years time is (4 yr grad+2 yr PSW +4 yr PhD). My child is also born here on June 2008. I have visa till June, 2015. My only flaw is staying more than 180 days overseas for travel. The duration is June 3,2009-Feb 10,2010= 247 day...
You mentioned that you will split 180 days in different years? How is it possible? For example, I stayed more than 180 days outside UK (Nov 29,2009-Feb,5 2010)and wanted to apply for ILR. How could you make it possible? Please reply. Thank you.
