I have applied on 26/05/2017 for my sons MN1 application , Recieved Approval letter / certificate on 15/07/2017 ; online updated on 14/07/2017 that decided on 13/07/2017.

I have booked for my ILR appointment through premium service for this month (20/05/2017). they are available for the dates you require but There will be an additional charge of 75 pounds ( it shown in brackets next to the date i required). I am just telling this purely based on my recent experience.

Hi I will be in similar situation to Movva. I am going to apply for my ILR on May 20 on tier 2 general route 5 years (2012 - 2017). My husband came to uk as tier 2 dependent in June 2015 and his visa expires in June 2018. So in total by the time of visa expiry he will be on 3 years as tier 2 depende...

to add up, i am unsure if you fall under 30000 salary threshold as your cos will be issued after 24 november 2016 or else you might be exempt from 30000 threshold as your fall under phd category. i am going to apply for my ilr on may 20 as a scientific officer under soc 2119 and unsure about this 30...

Hi Guru
the 28,000 experienced rate is based on 40 hours for SOC 2119.How many hours you exactly work ? If it is for 35 hours , your salary should be 24,500 or above.

yes you dont need to provide tenancy agreement. I mean your current status at work i.e., employment letter stating your job role etc.,
