Re: Urgent Query!! - Need Help

Treaty rights and EU citizens doesn't apply to your circumstances. No the born abroad issue doesn't apply to you either and it does clearly say "born abroad AND an EU citizen", it doesn't say OR. Many have applied using this service for children born after they got ilr. Ahh! i missed the ...

Re: ILR Approved after 322(5) rejection - Now in problem with Solicitor

I am not a solicitor or expert in this field but, this apparently is just a Civil matter between you and your solicitor. All your solicitor can do is to take you to the court for not paying agreed fee, or visa versa (meaning you can take him to the court for trying to con you). The court will then d...

Re: Parent's Visitors Visa

In my opinion, she does not need to provide any reason for staying 13 weeks. I have seen cases where people have have stated 6-8 weeks and stayed 3-4 months and when applying again, were granted visa without providing any reason. Provide reason if their is refusal. Just curious, don't know if you k...

Re: Parent's Visitors Visa

Ye - Depends on the mood of ECO :D My instintics were to mention it as it is, as i went through another thread, where someone's visa was refused just because they previously stayed longer then they initially asked for and ECO mentioned that no explaination was given for extending the stay. However, ...

Re: Spouse visa extension: when to apply?

You can apply to extend within 28 days before 30 June, the 2.5 year mark. Just for my clarity CR001. and the latest date is always seen by the date on BRP - Is this correct ? Because i applied for my wife's extension just yesterday, here BRP issue date was 15 Nov 2015 and expiry on BRP date was 14 ...

FLR (M) Extension - After 2.5 Years (English Language Requirements)

Just a very quick question really!!
If certificate from trinit college says Grade 3 CEFR Level 2.1, does that suffice requirements of FLR(M) dependent after 2.5 years of first leave ?

Hi I can only share my experience as my parents have been to the UK for short trips quite a few times. Re: FLR (M) Extension Questions - After 2.5 Years

1. If you meet the requirements on your own, then no need for spouses payslips etc. 2. Fine yes. 3. No relevant if the child is not applying for a visa, as the relevant piece in the form states. 4. You don't need to send pictures but you do need to send 2 years evidence of cohabitation. Thanks CR00...

Re: FLR (M) Extension Questions - After 2.5 Years

1. In meeting the financial requirements, we would be relying on Category A (Salary Income). We, both work where: a. My annual salary is around £50K/Annum with long term permanent role; which is sufficient to meet financial requirements for her of £22400 with one dependent. So, no issue with gettin...
