You need to physically go to your MP's office, take all relevant reference numbers etc, see a caseworker who will contact Islamabad HO, it's the only way to do it.

All decisions are now reserved, the judge takes all the evidence and witness statements away and looks through them and makes his decision, usually takes around 3 weeks

There was a forum member who won the appeal but the decision was challenged by the HO, they haven't posted recently, it was still only the original refusal reasons not asked for any recent payslips, I think they are waiting to see if the HO is granted permission to appeal to the upper tribunal.

So basically it's another way of getting a few more £££'s from you and telling you to wait for call, something you already know and are already doing

@2011maryam and anyone else waiting to get stamped passport back, call 01243217905, there is a 1.37 per minute charge on top of normal cost for which you have to provide debit or credit card details over the phone, they will deduct the total amount once call is complete.
