You need to physically go to your MP's office, take all relevant reference numbers etc, see a caseworker who will contact Islamabad HO, it's the only way to do it.

Just an update, unbelievebly just one day after my MP contacted Islamabad my wife received email to inform her the visa has been processed, she does need to await call to collect passport. The requirement after 2.5 years for spouses to extend their visa are £18,600. Same as when you first apply. However, income from both partners are accepted. Which makes it easier :D

All decisions are now reserved, the judge takes all the evidence and witness statements away and looks through them and makes his decision, usually takes around 3 weeks

There was a forum member who won the appeal but the decision was challenged by the HO, they haven't posted recently, it was still only the original refusal reasons not asked for any recent payslips, I think they are waiting to see if the HO is granted permission to appeal to the upper tribunal. :roll:
