As I wrote in my previous post my wife received a call 2 weeks ago asking her to wait for call letter to submit passport, I waited a few days then made an enquiry with UK VISAS, received an email today saying that they have checked with Islamabad VAC and the status of application is passport request...

Yes true. But i already applied 2nd time and 1st time when i appealed they gave me hearing date after 6 months. Only thats why i appled again. And they again refused. My solicitor advised us to get it done, he said if you have a valid certificate they probably won't ask for it but if you didn't have one they would insist on you getting it done, sounds about right to me. We got it done just to be on the safe side.

Did the judge give his decision in court? The judge normally reserves his decision

You said you applied for visa 2 years back, that's 2014, hence you didn't pay IHS fees, so it's no where near as quick as mine, if you applied in April 2015, there is no way you would be in the position you are now, you would still be awaiting a hearing date.

You would have paid it with your application then, £600 it's refunded back to you if your application is refused. Oh god took a long time to receive call letter. What date in Nov was your hearing? Did you receive decision in the new year after Christmas holidays?

Go online and search pay IHS uk, you need to register, you only need email address, passport number and payment card, once you register and pay you will be given an IHS number, simples!!

Also use the email to book TB appointment it's much simpler and easier.
