I am not an EU citizen. My passport gets stamped all the time. And perhaps, the difference between the 2 cases is that I already have a PR. PR automatically proves your right of residence and the unlimited extent that it was given for. Why does one need to prove it again? Is there an official link ...

I am a bit lost. Are you sure? Yes, he is right. You need evidence that you have been in the country for the 12 months prior to your application. My wife did same and the requested for such evidence which she did not submit when she made the initial application and they requested for it a few weeks...

Yes, you do, same way you have to submit your original naturalisation certificate. They will return all documents to you.

I did check the AN application form and I saw the question about where they ask when you acquired PR. in my case I am marrried for 6 years because I was not married in UK. I Married in summer of 2009 in another EU country and I arrived in UK in december 2010 with clearence entry visa for EU family ...

Personally not to complicate/delay matters, I would get the Naturalisation through, then get a deed poll and change name, then send changed name and marriage certificate etc with Passport application. You can even ask for replacement certificate afterwards by sending deed poll etc. But I'd keep thi...

No, I didn't submit any for myself or my wife. I acquired PR through her and they already had her employment info when she applied. If they had asked, what people would submit would be 5 years P60.

I believe it will make sense to use the new form as that is what is currently on their website. UKBA always advises that the most recent form should be used for applications. How would you explain using the old form when it was taken off their website prior to you making your application?
