Yes you need to have a delcaration for your savings ? or just your bank statements

No declaration as well, because they need to know where the savings have come from for e.g employment, gift. and also confirm its legal savings.

Really sad about your refusal brother, yeah just stay strong and inshallah soon you will get it granted.
