Sent an email to Inis couple of days ago and got this reply

Your application is at an advanced stage & will be submitted to the
Minister for decision as expeditiously as possible.

Congrats to all who got approvals and best of luck to all the rest including me keep your hopes up lads one fine day we will all get sorted I applied in late September so fingers including toes crossed

I doubt that there will be any ceremony in March now so fingers crossed

Rang Today looking for an update on my application the lady on the phone said they are still waiting on the reports to come back also they don't know when the next ceremony is

There is no update in INIS page about the next ceremony date..

Please tell us more about your situation if possible what they are looking from you? Do you hold a current visa at the moment/is your retention has been approved? Any help will be appreciated

On what basis did they enter Ireland? Also I would suggest you strongly to seek a legal advice from a solicitor! I am sure what you want is possible

I never heard of anyone in that situation but the way INIS is going on now a days I wouldn't be surprised If they start asking for it

I would definitely get a solicitor than to write a letter, as far as I know once you pass six months waiting time period you can start asking them how long More they need, Also as you mentioned they don't like 4 eufam, I know lot of guys who got sorted Within 6 months or less so your one shouldn't b...

I think you need to send them a good email, or if you have a solicitor get him to write a letter asking for a current status on your application, hopefully this will help let us know how you get on? By all means you should get a positive news soon
