Set m date to apply for ilr

Hi,

Please can someone confirm if Im eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the expiry of my brp card which is 31/03/21(sent after I received FLR)
Even thought I entered UK 01 December 2015? And have been here over 60 months.

Hi, for FLR what is the process for biometrics if you did a postal hand written application. Do the home office send an email or send a letter with instructions

if the applicant is currently on the Further leave to remain visa, shouldn't the next application (after 5 years of stay) be the indefinite leave to remain?

technically speaking if they're in the form of bonds it should be fine. For our entry clearance application, we showed proof of premium bonds and a letter explaining it all but they still rejected it so it's a safer bet to withdraw and have the money in a bank account for six months.

oh my bad - about the benefits question in section 7B - Maintenenace, that only needs to be filled out if you are extempt from the 18600 or applied before July 2012.

Phew that's a relief. The form says "Please provide bank statements with your
application to show receipt of the benefits" How many bank statements will be sufficient?
