Does anybody know how long does it take to apply settlement visa from pakistan..I have been living with my husband since 2010 in uk .currently need to switch to settlement visa and without knowing the rule travelled to Pakistan.. now need spouse visa to go back ...kindly guide me

I got my First pbs dependants Visa in 2011 that is before 9july 2012.I have read that rule doesnt Apply to before 9 july applications ..is that so ?is my Visa still valid?

Any favourable rule for Long residents dependants on 6th nov 2014 ?Although have Visa till 2016 but came to know after Coming to Pakistan for Holidays?any opinions?currently in pbs dependants Visa as husband was on tier 1 before his indefinite.
