Re: Graduate visa requirement query

Hi
Thanks for your response. The uni has confirmed that the start and end dates stated on the CAS are Sep 2024 to May 2024. Is that what counts as course length? I am concious they might not understand the question if he asks what the course length is for graduate visa purposes.

Re: ILR return of passport (urgent query)

Thanks Vinny
One other query. I took a speeding awareness course in 2012. I did not declare this in the application thinking this falls under minor traffic offences category. Is this going to be a problem?

cheers

Re: ILR without absences letter

How many days have you beem absent each year? The law says that if absence is less than 30 days each year then the visa officer might not require any evidence of absence if they wish so. You have to provide the evidence if absence was more than 30 days each year though. Can you email all days to yo...

Re: ILR without absences letter

Thanks for your response vinny. The thread you have referred to seems slightly different in that the OP had provided no justification of his foreign trips at all. I will provide clear reasoning for my trips and also attach correspondence from previous employer showing that the do not hold the requir...

So if I understood correctly, you feel this would not impact my ilr application?

Re: tier 2 summary dismissal urgent

Thanks Physicskate. The HO would probably find out through the notes my previous employer puts on the sponsorship management system. I am concerned what effect the wording which may include 'gross misconduct' would have. My particular concern is around the good character requirement.
