Yes.
Thanks CR001.

One more question, does we need to show one month payslip or 3 months payslips.

I am planning to submit online application after 23rd January, can I submit last month December payslip or need to submit January payslip as well.

Re: Successful application for ILR under Tier 2, only one month bank statement supplied

Hi all, I'd like to share a bit of experience to thank the forum as I learned so much during the past several applications. The new stuff I learned from this application are: 1. When they ask you for 1 month bank statement and payslip, you don't need to provide 3 months. 2. After you had the ILR, y...

Re: When did you first Enter the UK ?

Apologies that this isn't an answer, but I also found that first question confusing. The wording says: When did you first enter the UK? (Required) This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started. However, when you first entered is not the same ...

Which Entry Date we need to mentioned when applying ILR

Dear All I have a question about below. 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. As my initial Entry was in 19 Jan 2010 on Tier 1 G but was again and again out of th...

No, the 5 years living in the UK with the PBS main visa holder has always been in the rules since July 2012. Do you really want to risk losing the huge fee for the sake of a couple of months?? Hi CR001 Thanks for the Suggestion, you means to be on safe side we should apply 28 days before the Entry ...

My family got the visa on 30th March 2014 and came to UK on 3rd Sep 2014, as the GAP between Visa Issue date and Entry to UK is less then 180 days, does this means they can apply for ILR on 3rd March 2019 as can apply for ILR 28 days before completion 5 years. Re: 180 days out of country Rules clarification in Tier1 G Visa Towards ILR

thanks CR001. If I understand you correctly you saying that from date of ILR we need to count backwards and every year less then 180 days should be fine, although over all in 5 years it becomes more than 180 days is ok but every single year should be less than 180 days.

180 days out of country Rules clarification in Tier1 G Visa Towards ILR

Hi All Need a bit more clarification about the 180 days out of country rule. I was out of the country in year 1 for 130 days, Year 2 for 22 days and year 4 for 29 days. which total becomes 181 days. So I want to know this 180 days out of the country is every single year or also count towards whole 5...
