hi vijayb, I didn't use the form at all. It was an FLR application form, cannot be used for ILR application. I have no idea why I was asked to fill in and send it. Didn't do it anyway. To be honest, I don't think the advisor who answered my phone had any idea what he was talking about. He also confi...

Yes, you are eligible to apply in Jan 2007 for ILR. My ILR was just granted with the initial HSMP application made but refused before 3rd April but review was successful after 3rd April.

ILR Granted - HSMP 4-year

This website has been very helpful to my application of FLR and ILR. I applied under HSMP 4-year JR and used a consultant company to submit my application yesterday. I applied HSMP in Feb 2006, declined in March 2006, won the review and got the approval in the mid of April. So the date on my approva...

thank you for sharing your experience. How did they know your P60 is a copy, not original? My P60 is printed black and white. It dosn't look any different to a copy. Well, a printout definitely does not look like an original :) I don't know, but the original IS just a print out. There are no fancy ...

Sorry I am a bit confused. If I used an agent, do I or the agent go to the ILR premium service interview? I thought I still need to go but the agent booked the interview. I have never used an agent before.

Can I still use my ILR appointment if I hire an agent now?

I have booked an appointment for mid of June when I will be qualified in 28 days. If now I hire an agent can I still use my own appointment? Didn't want to use agent but due to employer's requirement.

Thank you for sharing your experience. What is the date on your HSMP approval letter? Did case worker ask for your tenancy agreement? I didn't see on the application form it is required. Is it to prove where you are living now or to prove where you have been living for the last four years?

I am in the same situation: application submitted prior to 3rd april, declined, requsted review, approved after review after 3rd April. the only reason I didn't ask for SAR is because i booked an appointment for ILR application on 14th June. I heard they would not let you apply in person if there ar...

I thought the same ref number on the approval letter and the refusal letter can prove i submitted my initial application prior to 3rd April but it seems it cannot. Many mentioned providing utility bills. Are they required on the SET(O) form? I don't have any bills until recently as the rent covered everything. And I don't have any rent receipt as all done by direct debit.

ILR - use Iris check to enter the UK so no UK stamp

I am applying for ILR. I travelled on business frequently so I use Iris scan boots when entering the UK since 2007. So there are no UK stamps on my passports, only the stamps of the countries where I travelled to. I do keep the records of all the return dates. But I can't think of anything to prove ...

HSMP ILR - Do I need to provide 4-year BS and Payslip?

The application form said I need to provide documents showing my economic activities and income during my staty in the UK. I think that means bankstatments, P60, and Payslips. But do I need to provide all bank statements and pay slips for the last four years? Couldn't find two of pay slips with my p...
