So if I get ilr after 6 year dlr and he have to make separate application for dlr is that correct? And which form we should fill?

so why they not issued him 2.5 year visa they just gave him 1 year and 2 month visa till my brp expiring date xx

My wife's first dlr granted in sep 2009 under article 8,she applied again for second dlr in sep 2012, she had her second dlr from jun 2013 till jun 2016 so when she can apply for her Ilr? Can she apply in sep 2015 or she need to wait till dlr finish?
