@Dec17 I am nervous. I think my case is straight forward. I have extended or changed my visa on time never had any issue in the past. some of the visas are over lapped as changing from one category to other category. Hi,

I have applied on 20th Dec.

Phoned HO and horrible lady replied me it is an ongoing application. I have asked her is it with case worker or waiting for decision etc... and she replied me she got very limited information to give me.

I am asking question on behalf of my friend

He arrived in the UK on 17th Jan 2005.

he has applied on 22nd Dec 2015.

is it still under 28 days rule or he has done mistake in case non experience case worker pickup his application to make decision.

HI All,

Friend of mine received a biometric invitation letter. He registered his biometric same day.

Very next day he got an email from home office saying that home office has received his application and is being considered.

Is it the normal process now ?
