Passport to be renewed before FLR expires

I just got my HSMP extended to March 2011 the thing is my passport will need to be renewed in 2010 is it just a case of flipping the hsmp over or will I need to reapply again

Application for HSMP extension under new rules with umbrella

I will need to extend my HSMP in February and most of my income is paid through an umbrella company as dividends it looks like I will not meet the 75 point threshild and will have to return home does anybody have any ideas whether I can get around this

The test for getting an extension is economically active. Proving that your salary was 20k satisfies this any case.

I have not heard of anyone being declined an extension due to trading through altd company, there own company or an umbrella co
