Hello
I am going to apply for naturalisation soon.I have a question about referee.One of my referee is British Passport holder and over 25 years old.Second one is business development manager in a company but on ILR.Both are friends so i will mention them as friend.is it ok?

Thanks cr001.so u mean only thing i can do is take the child there as dependent and get ilr first.then apply for citizenship after certain time then apply for british passport?
I can't apply for british passport directly from home country?

Its for me friend.He got tier2 general His 5 years will complete on 17th april 2019..he got 3 dependents..his dependents will complete their 5 years by oct next year..so they can't apply for ilr with him..they have to get dependent visa..now problem is he was thinking to go to window end of march.....

I am in the same boat.I applied via same route on 26th june 2018.Got email reply on 16th june , 2018 with case ID.Did call UKVI and they said it takes 4 to 6 weeks to generate Biom letter.I am also trying to find out if i can upgrade after my Biomatric.

I send my application to vary from tier 1 ext (in process) to ILR(10 years) on 26th june.Got email confirmation on 16-07-2018 with case ID.But no Biomatric letter after that?How long they take to send Bio Letter?Should i contact HO?

There are two scenarios. 1.when u go straight to premium and in that case if your documents are with different department and you are going to vary, obviously they will not decide on the same day.Sometimes they send u back to apply by post and other time they accept the case and give u a letter of c...

Your best option could be apply by post and then upgrade it when you done with you bioM.As other members mentioned , your documents are with different department so they will not decide on the same day.I am in the same boat.I already send my documents to vary on 26th June 2018.Thanks
