I don't think so any one got Extended Family Member Residence card so far.

My case is in High Court, hearing is end of this month, will update you of outcome.

I applied my self, in May 2014 and no luck so far.

i dont think so any application will be successful in extended family member case, they are just sending same refusal to every one.

Currently my case in Judicial Review and i think it will take one more year.

i was waiting for a decision as it was due in June but department send me letter that they are so busy and can not make decision now and they are extending the temporary stay for 4 months.

So don't know whats going on !!!

You will get two letters from DOJ.

1. Acknowledgment letter with a list of require documents
2. Stamp 4 (Temp) letter

You need to take that letter for GNIB if you live in Dublin or to your locak Garda Immigration Office.

if you are in Dublin, you can visit the Revenue Office and fill the form and they will issue by with in few days and you will get it by post.
