HI

If you parents are British National then you will be direct family member, you do not need any solicitor

you can do yourself, i can help and guide you to submit application.

you need to show your bank statement to show that your father transfer money in your account.

the reason behind is that i have try in Ireland for my brother but failed .... although i meet all requirement.

now i am looking for any country where are more chance for extended family member.

@shared8487 hi i cant share solicitor details, however JR in Ireland is quite different in UK, Home Office normally offer you to reconsider your case and withdraw JR however in Ireland they are not bother .. and INIS pay a lot of money to top of barrister in Ireland... also its not like in UK..... a...

HI almost every Extended family member application normally refused by INIS, they are delaying to exhaust people, some one is every cleaver in INIS Department ... who told them first delay and then refused....... then same time will take in review ( not appeal) and then again refused .. extended fam...

HI,

is your Uncle is EU National ? if yes then Daughter of your uncle are direct Family Members not Extended.

Also Ireland is delaying processing of Non Eu but its depend which country they are apply ?

HI Ch They are not granting Temp Stamp 4, in my case, my bother get 3 temp stamps but in end they refused, and the only objection they normally used in end is Dependency !! my case in JR was very strong, the only mistake we done is make application in UK at the same time when JR were pending as well...

Hi i think you need to spend at least one year in Ireland before moving to UK, also make sure you have main residence in Ireland , now a days they are checking UKBA record, HMRC and Ryainair ( travel history). there is no difference if you apply in the UK or get family permit from Ireland they norma...

Hi There is no clear answer of your question, but technically you nee to apply for new residence card but not sure, but one thing is confirm that when you will apply for your parents Irish Citizenship will they will definitely check with UKBA and they will then came to know about your application in...

just an advice for all of the Extended family Members applicants

Please do not take both side application. eg. UK and Ireland

Make it clear that both UK and Ireland do data share on regular basis.

Keep fighting in UK , No point to applying in Ireland, department is not granting residence card to extended family members.

HI Problem is not that to take EFM to an other EU Countries, problem is to find out which is the best country in which and they can get residence card... but its hard to find out ... before recent change in the UK for EU family member, i think UK was the best country for EFM... as they have full rig...

HI you can apply EU residence card in Ireland, you need Birth Certificate to prove your relationship Dependency documents e.g bank account or money transfer receipts etc also you can provide documents showing same address in the UK. Your father must be working, sefl emp, study , etc in Ireland.

HI No update so far. still pending fed up with extended family / other family member cases. Ireland is not a place for Other Family Member....... No right of Appeal and JR is very expensive and lengthy...... whole process will take up to 3 years..... INIS --- Initial Application for extended family ...

HI Obie i am surprised how court/ tribunal can grant relief which were never sought ? right of appeal was not a matter of dispute in parties. i think this is planted, as too many people applying for EFM, so they want to stop and look at the speed of UKVI they have amend the guidance straightway !!!!...

i have seen many people who got 5 year approval letter within 4 to 6 weeks
they never had temp stamp before ... specially in parents cases

so its nothing unusual

i have also seen people who involved Solvit and solve issues in few weeks time.....

it also depend case to case.
