i know couple of people who applied for other family members but INIS didn't grant them Temp Stamp 4.

for complaint , Solvit is best place but they dont involve in other beneficiary cases.

I think INIS is not interested to consider Extended Family Member cases..........

also on refusal there is no right of appeal, you have go for Judicial Review.

if you fear from enforcement, it can be happen any time while your brother have no legal status in UK. so risk is same.

Review will take full 6 months again, but they will grant you stay but you have to make sure EU must be working, self employed, student etc they will verify again before granting you 5 year residence card.

No update so far, i applied in 2014 for my brother and now its 2016, its been two years now in Ireland but no luck so far. My case in Court and hearing is in Mid Jan 2016, i will keep you update. Is any one got succeed in this category please share your experience

if yes then they should issue Temp stamp 4, you should write them, but i heard from some people that now a days they are not giving Temp stamp, so this might be a case.

its very different in UK & Ireland Judicial Review system i think UK one is very good, most of cases solved on Pre Action Protocol Letter and rest of them before first hearing, but here don't know yet, what they are going to do with it.
