On the joint address should be fine when you put joint account statement considering the fact that you guys leave with her parents so all bills are in their name the letter you getting from them should cover that..

Being refused in the UK has nothing to do with you application here, because I have a friend who moved from UK down here on that same basics he was even given a deportation order before he left uk to come ...

Nah lately it usually takes 2 to 6 months max if gat everything in at the point of the application.. Well I went into GNIB office today for enquiries they said the ground of which I was granted don't means am not an eufam so I be getting the eufam stamp as far as come with our marriage certificate. ...

For me I think is entirely up to you if you which to include that on your application considering the fact that your CRB is cleared in here I really do no see any point expanding your ground to the uk border Besides you should no that including these might warrant a delay on your application pending...

Besides what I wanted to know is that I think I should be getting eufam stamp as my wife is an Eu national and we been married for 2 year now.
