Firstly, U dnt need to be working under Directive law before inviting ur spouse
secondly, it's depends on ur spouse case.........my wife was initially refused but after the appeal she was given the visa,which everything took 7weeks

You must have submitted your husband application for EU1 by now from what you've said......how long those it take for them to return your T/passport? Or they still holding-on to it and for how long now please?

Yeah they're in ireland at the moment and everything is going smoothly but their visa will be due next month for renawal.......and haven't got a job yet even wanted to open a bank account i was asked to bring a proof that i'm working in Ireland,am tired ooo don't knw what to do now :roll: :...

@ Robster, haaha that's taking longer time brov u can track ur application at vfs site, http://www.vfsglobal-ie-ng.com/track_application.html After submission they get back to us within 2 weeks @ Dayo, Thanks i'v contact Solvit as u and robster advised! u guys can continue helping me & my family...

Did she need need any document to support with appeal letter?

My family apply in Nigeria and visa officer says they were not qualify as a beneficiary .....

my wife and two kids visa was refused under "DIRECTIVE" but they asked them to appeal,
we want to fight the appeal ASAP but don't know weather to include documents with with the appeal letter?
