Reason why I asked is, I have been told by one of my friends that I cannot apply ILR with premium service unless I complete 5 years of stay in the UK ie, you can apply it via post if you are applying 28 days before visa start date. I have Tier 2 ICT visa valid from 26/02/2010 and I entered UK on 13/03/2010 (within 90 days).
Query is, when can I apply for premium service (note - not by post). I have made up my mind to go for premium service only.
