Re: L-I-R Pregnant English girl &Indian overstayer..Marriage

''In india, the people who follow my religion have been subject to much persecution. Especially since Modi came into power, Hindu's have subjected Christians, Muslims, and other minority faiths to physical abuse amongst other things'' Good luck with explaining this to UKBA. More than 300 million peo...

Re: Onward journey with Indian PP, Return with British PP

UK authorities would not care if you travel with two passports as long as one is valid british passport Indian authorities will not allow the use of one passport to enter and different one to exit the country. You will be caught. If you use indian passport to exit you need to show valid visa to ente...

Re: Pregnant need help please

India is a country with over a billion people and very big geographically. Also inter-religious marriages are very common in India these days and everyone knows this. I will be surprised if UK immigration grants asylum on such a flimsy grounds, goodluck anyway.

Re: How is Cardiff please?

I have used Cardiff few times for my family visa applications and our ILRs as well. My experience was really good, not too crowded and pleasant place. We didn't have any IT issues or holding applications etc. Having said that all our applications were straight forward

Re: Can BC be directly applied to non-UK born Kid without IL

That's correct, one parent is expected to be British and other one on ILR and in addition children needs to be free of immigration control as well. I don't think short-cuts are working considering few refusals recently

Re: MN1 children refused, please help

Hi jojybaba i am no expert but just learning from this forum. I think your case is very unfortunate. Sometimes case worker use discretion if children are very young. In case of your children i am not sure if major part of their life spent in uk. Also ncs may not have given you correct advice. If the...

Re: Payment Declined - Urgent Help

If you knew that the card was stolen, and if no payments cleared from the account for long time, may be you could have acted earlier. These days HO take money just in 3-4 days after receiving the application. Best way forward is as suggested, you can give them call asap and make payment on phone Bes...

Re: MN1 children refused, please help

Its distressing to see money for 3 applications seems to have lost. HO should have considered this and if children already hold ILR, they are setteled. The rules are getting more and more strict I suppose. The age of children also may have effect on the outcome, how old are your children ? Reconside...

I think its written in the guide, for children born abroad they expect one parent to be british or applying for naturalization and other parent either same or holding ILR

were your children holding ILR before you made these applications ?
