Hi Valdinis,
I still don't see a problem of you travelling to Ireland as an EU Citizen. However you may contact your nearest Irish Embassy / Consulate to be 100% sure.

Hi Zaza7625, Adult cautions are not disclosed in Garda Vetting Reports and Police Certificates. So that may not cause any problem in applying for Irish Citizenship. However you may have to disclose it in the application form for Irish Naturalization. False information in the application form can cau...

Hi Valdinis,
Can you please explain the reason why you were deported from UK? Were you deported from any of the Airports / Ferry Ports as in refused entry to the UK?
Otherwise I don't see any problem of you going to Ireland as an EU Citizen.
