Re: BRP delivery

Do both parties need to be present to get the BRP or can the dependent take both the BRPs?

Re: Successful Croydon PEO ILR application 14/01/2015

Did you put all the original folders together and all the photocopies together or did you put original and photocopy, original and photocopy?

For example, Life in the UK originals and photocopies in one folder and then payslips originals and photocopies in a separate folder?

Thanks folks. I got it done from Snappy Snaps but just wanted to be sure. Going to Croydon so even if it fails, should be ok in the booth.

Final check before PEO appointment

Mods, users, subscribers, I am going for ILR very shortly and would be grateful if you could run through this and do a final check for me and highlight if anything is missing: Tier 1G date: 29/10/2009 Entry date: 17/02/2010 (outside the 90 day grace period) Tier 1 extension: 25/01/2013 BRP expiry: 2...

Congrats. Are you saying that you got to see the case worker at Croydon?

I thought at Croydon, you didn't see them. Am I missing something?

Re: Covering Letters

I am not providing any. My understanding is that most of the information needs to be input into the computer from the actual form. Any others please let us know.

Date of post versus date of delivery

Hi folks,

If I am sending my tier 1 extension application via Royal Mail special delivery, is it the date of posting that counts or the date of delivery?

What if it is DHL?

Regards,

Is PCN a civil penalty?

Hi folks,

I have received a PCN. My understanding is that even though PCNs are a civil matter, they are NOT a civil penalty and so do not need to be disclosed on the Set O forms. Am I correct?

Re: PEO application changing and refund

Thanks MAlik.

Can I confirm if you submitted any employer letters for annual leave.

I took a total of 5 trips outside the UK and I have letters for 4 of them. What do you suggest I do? Leave 6.3 blank or check letters from employers and then provide the 4 letters that I have.

I have applied for ILR in January and have a couple of questions: 1) If my ILR application fails due to break in continuity (i went outside the country for 10 days when I did not have a job), but is still valid for a Tier 1 extension, can I ask th...
