all i can say is, ur visa will expire in exactly two years from the stamping and you will need to apply for extension when it expires.

the time that will count for ILR will be the time you spend in UK.

forgetting the bank statement for a second. do you get a payslip in UK? and do you have a NI number in UK? and is your NI number printed on your payslip? In a months time, will you be getting a P60? In my opinion, If the above is not true, then you can't claim the money you earned in the UK (which a...

I dont think the case worker's manual is available. However, to be honest, the guidance notes itself can be considered as the case worker's manual as it clearly says, what is accepted and what is not including any exceptional circumstances.

I dont see any problem with your document dates. As long as it is 12 of the 15 months (from the date you apply), you are safe.

As long as it is stamped and signed, you are 100% safe. Dont worry about any logos ( 99% of the stamps dont have logos, they are usuallyl pure text).

well, on a HSMP visa, there are no work restrictions. So pretty much, you can work as long as you want and as many jobs as you can possibly handle with two hands :-)

Since there are no restrictions, there is no document about the restrictions.

Have fun with your jobs.

nope, they dont care about your existing visa. As long as you are eligible for the visa you are applying for, it should be a piece of cake (assuming you have the HSMP approval letter).

well, what is required is clearly mentioned in the guidance notes. In the absence of a P60 OR Tax returns, you will have to submit payslips with (either bankstatements or a letter from employer stating that you did earn the amount mentioned in your payslips). If you are able to provide these, you do...

you can directly apply for ILR ( no further points test ).

By the way, is'nt it too early for you to think of 1 + 4 ending ?? ( it is atleast 4 years away, and several rules will be changed by then. )

well for the 1 + 4 category to be complete, it is going to take a while and by then you can apply for ILR (based on current rules). but if they do change any rules then you have to go by those roles at that point of time.

well, hsmp and flr are two seperate things. you dont have to submit the documentation related to securing your 75 points. all you need is the approval letter (which says you did get it) so they wont do any further checks on it. the rest of the documentation required should be honestly very striagtfo...

I have'nt heard of any cases where FLR(HSMP) . Yes, there were a couple of rejections related to EC(out of country applicants) but not for FLR(HSMP), it is very much a very straight forward process once you have the approval letter.

It does'nt matter how long you have before your ILR is due, once you apply for an extension, it is automatically given for 3 years. Except for the special case where 4 years is given if you initial visa was for only 1 year.

My knowledge is purely based on the application made a year ago. If they have changed the guidelines as per your post, it looks there is one good thing the home office has done. Ok, coming back to your post, assuming that birthday is not a criteria. Do you really think, you can gather all the docume...

Firstly, if your birthday is next week and if you are not going to be eligible after that (then you wont be eligible, even if you apply today). The rule is, the date of the application must be atleast 2months earlier than the age you are claiming for. In your case since your birthday is next week, y...

There is no guarentee that you will get points for what you have been awarded last time.

However, if you submit exactly the same documentation, it is more than likely that you will get points ( unless they have awarded you points by mistake, which is a rare case )

who needs to self-assessment taxing

I am confused by the recent self-assessment taxing advertisement on TV. The deadline is this month end.

My tax is deducted at source by my employer. Do i need to fill out and send this self-assessment form?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
